Angelina Jolie and her husband, Brad Pitt, have been facing divorce rumors for months, and Jolie's latest outing isn't doing much to silence those rumors.

Earlier this week, Jolie surfaced in Los Angeles and by her side was a man who was not her husband. Instead, it was her brother who accompanied her and her son to the States after spending the last few months in London.

"Angelina Jolie flew back into LA from London on Tuesday accompanied not by her husband Bard Pitt but by her brother James Haven," the Daily Mail reported on Tuesday. "The actress and director brought with her one of her seven-year-old twins, Knox Jolie-Pitt."

Meanwhile, Pitt has seemingly remained in London, where he continues to film Five Seconds of Silence with actress Marion Cotillard, whom he's accused of having a possible affair with.

“There is totally something going on between [Brad and Marion],” an insider told Star magazine, according to a report by Hollywood Life earlier this month. “They had insane chemistry right from the start, and many crewmembers believe they’ve been acting on it in private.”

According to the magazine's source, Cotillard and Pitt have “affectionate nicknames” for each other, and the actress “lights up whenever Brad is around."

“In the past, Brad and Angie have always turned a blind eye to each other’s little flirtations. As long as neither of them took it too far, they thought it actually spiced up their relationship,” the insider added. “But Brad getting emotionally attached to Marion is totally against the rules. That’s what makes this a unique situation that could threaten their marriage."

Pitt and Jolie tied the knot in Aug. 2014 at their home in France while joined by their six children, three of whom are adopted.

As divorce rumors continue to swirl, Jolie has kept her focus on those in need and recently paid for an entire Cambodian family to attend a private school that they couldn't afford.
