CBS has released its Fall 2016 TV schedule, which features a few timeslot changes, new shows and one surprising omission.

CBS unveiled its schedule for the 2016-17 television season on Wednesday, with six new shows on the docket. Let's break down the new schedule day by day.

With the return of Thursday Night Football, The Big Bang Theory will move back to Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT. This leads into the new Kevin James sitcom Kevin Can Wait at 8:30 p.m., followed by 2 Broke Girls at 9 p.m. and The Odd Couple at 9:30 p.m. Scorpion is shifting to 10 p.m.

After Thursday Night Football is over in October, Kevin Can Wait shifts to 8 p.m., which leads into the new Matt LeBlanc sitcom Man with a Plan, followed by 2 Broke Girls, The Odd Couple and Scorpion all in the same timeslots seen above.

Tuesdays will be very NCIS friendly. The flagship NCIS will continue Tuesdays at 8 p.m., which leads into the new drama Bull at 9 p.m., which is led by former NCIS star Michael Weatherly. NCIS: New Orleans airs at 10 p.m.

Wednesdays will be unchanged, with the new season of Survivor at 8 p.m., Criminal Minds at 9 p.m. and Code Black at 10 p.m.

Thursdays will have football in primetime until October. Starting on Oct. 27, The Big Bang Theory will air Thursdays at 8 p.m., leading into the new Joel McHale sitcom The Great Indoors at 8:30 p.m. Mom will continue at 9 p.m., followed by Life in Pieces at 9:30 p.m. Then, the new medical drama Pure Genius airs at 10 p.m.

Fridays, the new reboot series of MacGyver will air at 8 p.m., followed by Hawaii Five-0 at 9 p.m. and Blue Bloods at 10 p.m.

Saturday will be all about "Crimetime Saturday" as usual, until 48 Hours at 10 p.m.

Sundays will have 60 Minutes at 7 p.m. as usual, but NCIS: Los Angeles will now air at 8 p.m. This leads into Madam Secretary at 9 p.m. and Elementary at 10 p.m.

Some may be surprised to not see The Amazing Race on the Fall lineup. The Emmy-winning reality series usually airs every fall and spring, but CBS states that it will air later in the television season, with no clear indication of when. The same goes for Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders, Undercover Boss and the new series Doubt, Hunted and Training Day.
