Brad Pitt has apparently hinted at divorce with a major purchase.

According to a new report, Pitt may be spending frivolously as his marriage is plagued by rumors of an impending split. In addition to dropping $33 million during just one shopping trip weeks ago, Pitt and his wife, Angelina Jolie, recently paid for a family of 12 to attend school.

"While it is known that Brad Pitt has no problem spending his massive fortune especially on a humanitarian cause, there are reports that he may be spending too much now," Parent Herald reported on Thursday. "Fans are now speculating if his spending spree may mean trouble in his marriage with Angelina Jolie."

In addition to rumors of a split, there have also been claims made regarding Jolie's health and weight loss in recent weeks. According to one particular report, via Hollywood Life, the mother of six has wasted away to just 79 pounds, which may be due to her and Pitt's alleged marital troubles.

Also reportedly adding to the pressures of their marriage is Jolie's troubled past.

“Angie has some serious dark demons that have never entirely let go and it is still affecting her life and marriage,” an insider revealed to Hollywood Life in January. “Her wild lifestyle when she was younger and her intense surgeries to avoid getting breast and ovarian cancer have taken a toll on her as a person and a life partner. Some of her issues force her to retreat into isolation and pull away from Brad and the kids. It is impossible to be entirely free from who she once was."

"Angie tries to be a good mom and wife but it is difficult with her personal problems and she struggles. Brad was initially attracted to her dark side, but when she goes to this dark place she definitely pushes Brad away," the source explained. "It can be really hard on him. He feels he has been more than patient with Angie, but his confidence in their happiness is wearing thin. He knows he can’t fix her and if he can’t find joy with her, then maybe it is just best to be co-parents."
