Brad Pitt may not be addressing the ongoing rumors of his alleged divorce from Angelina Jolie, but he isn't in hiding. In fact, the 52-year-old actor made a very public -- and dramatic -- appearance over the weekend.

According to a new report, Pitt was photographed in London over the weekend where he heroically saved a little girl from being crushed by an unruly crowd on the set of his World War II film Allied.

"He is the doting father to six children in his day-to-day life. And it seems Brad Pitt’s paternal instincts kicked in as he was pictured saving a young girl as she was getting crushed by an excited crowd of fans," the Daily Mail reported on Monday. "The Hollywood star, who is currently filming his new film Allied in Gran Canaria, instantly rushed to assist with the efforts to pull the young fan to safety as excited spectators tried desperately to get his attention."

As fans of the actor will likely recall, Pitt has been involved in a ton of on-set drama in London. In addition to his superhero behavior over the weekend, Pitt has faced allegations of affairs with both of his Allied co-stars, Marion Cotillard, 40, and Lizzy Caplan, 33.

“There is totally something going on between [Brad and Marion],” an insider told Star, according to a Hollywood Life report earlier this month. “They had insane chemistry right from the start, and many crewmembers believe they’ve been acting on it in private.”

As the source revealed, the co-stars reportedly have “affectionate nicknames” for each other, and Cotillard “lights up whenever Brad is around.”

“In the past, Brad and Angie have always turned a blind eye to each other’s little flirtations. As long as neither of them took it too far, they thought it actually spiced up their relationship,” the insider added. “But Brad getting emotionally attached to Marion is totally against the rules. That’s what makes this a unique situation that could threaten their marriage.”
