Rumor has it that Ranbir Kapoor is dating someone following his split from Katrina Kaif.

But is it just a rumor? On Sunday, Times of India caught up with Bharti Molhatra, who's been speculated to be dating the Bollywood star.

And as it turns out, not only are these two not in any kind of a relationship, but Molhatra is not even really into Kapoor as an actor.

"After facing this bizarre situation and going through so much stress in the last week, I don't think I will ever even say that I like him for his work," Molhatra said. "He may be a good actor, but I have never even liked or followed him as a fan."

The woman added that she is "putting a stop" to the reports claiming anything is going on with Kapoor. When the rumors started happening, she thought it was a joke.

"Last week, I got a call from a friend who asked me if I was dating Ranbir Kapoor. Like any other girl with no connection to Ranbir or even Bollywood, I thought someone was playing a prank on me," Molhatra admitted. "Then I got to know that I was being tagged as 'Ranbir's new Delhi-based girlfriend' by a news channel. I started reading the Internet reports and was shocked."

She has no idea how this got started, but she did what she could to make sure no one makes any crazy assumptions about this anymore.

"I did make a few calls to some publications to have the online reports removed," Molhatra said. "I told them that I am not dating Ranbir Kapoor, but it was of little help. Some websites removed the link, but I realized that some portals were adding more juicy, false details to the dating rumor. I did not know how to stop that. Everyone started talking about it, but I have had enough of this."
