Blue Ivy Carter's first photos were released Friday by her parents Beyonce and Jay-Z through a Tumblr account.
Beyonce and Jay-Z welcomed their little girl on January 7. in New York City.
"We welcome you to share our joy," the couple wrote in a message with the images. "Thank you for respecting our privacy during this Beautiful time in our lives," they added.

Beyonce made her first public appearance after giving birth to Blue on Monday February 6. at Jay-Z's concert at Carnegie Hall. The 30-year-old singer stunned everyone and had blue nails, reportedly in honor of her daughter.
The famous couple is also looking to trademark Blue Ivy Carter's name to protect it from been used by others and reserve it for future use, according to a report from MTV News.
