The decision is entirely up to him, and now, Liam (Scott Clifton) will decide what to do about Quinn's (Rena Sofer) potential to face charges for what happened to him on The Bold and the Beautiful.

He has maintained that she kidnapped him and held him against his will, and that the sex they had while in the cabin wasn't consensual since he had been suffering from amnesia at the time and only slept with her because he was under the impression she was his wife because of the lie she told. However, after arriving at the police station, Quinn's lawyer made points in her defense that may not allow Liam's argument to hold up very well in court, including that she never barricaded him away or forced him to stay where he was, and that he was free to go whenever he chose. The point was also made that he had told Quinn he loved her as well.

Now, the time has come for him to decide what he will do, and after realizing he may not succeed in getting her put away after a battle in court, Liam may be forced to do something he never thought imaginable.

"Enough of this! We need your answer Liam," Lieutenant Baker says in a preview clip for the Wednesday, May 25 episode. "Are you pressing charges against Miss Fuller or not?"

Meanwhile, Bill (Don Diamont) is reiterating his point that Quinn need to go to jail to Wyatt (Darin Brooks), who believes it could be the worst place for his mother. And though Bill genuinely believes Liam will do what he thinks is best, he could be shocked if the opposite is what happens.

"Liam needs closure and the only way he's going to get it is by putting your mother away for a long time," Bill says in the clip.

Of course, if Liam genuinely believes he doesn't have a chance at proving his case against her, he could choose to let Quinn go, which could open up a whole new world of problems instead.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
