Just when things were finally looking up for Teresa Giudice, it looks like she's in dealing with bankruptcy legal issues...Again. There's a new report that says the reality television star's bankruptcy case has been reopened, despite her lawyers' efforts to keep that from happening.

Giudice completed a one-year sentence back in December for multiple counts of fraud, including bankruptcy fraud. Her husband Joe Giudice is currently serving his 41-month sentence, with the possibility that he might be deported to his native Italy once his sentence is complete.

The couple admitted to hiding assets from bankruptcy creditors and submitting phony loan applications to get $5 million in mortgages and construction loans. They were known to show off and boast about their wealth on their hit Bravo show. In one episode, Teresa paid for her furniture with over $200,000 in case.

Now, according to NJ.com, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star has new legal headache to deal with. A judge ruled that the Giudice's creditors have a possible shot at collecting a piece of any reward that may result from her current lawsuit against her ex-bankruptcy attorney, which isn't likely to even go trail until next year.

At the hearing, which was only attended by Giudice's attorneys, it was revealed that she had agreements to pay off all but two of her 29 creditors. Giudice herself has not made any comments about the case to the public.
