Justin Bieber was spotted dinning in Los Angeles last night, but he wasn't with his on-again, off-again flames Kourtney Kardashian, Hailey Baldwin or Selena Gomez. Instead, he was with someone totally new.

Just weeks after stepping out in New York City with Baldwin, who he intially struck up a romance with in December 2015, Bieber was seen making his way out of Maestro's Restaurant in Beverly Hills, Calif. with Nicola Peltz at his side.

"Justin Bieber's back in the dating game with an on-screen hottie ... or so it seems," TMZ reported on Thursday. "The Biebs and actress Nicola Peltz -- she starred on 'Bates Motel' and 'Transformers' -- arrived for a dinner date at Mastro's Steakhouse in Bev Hills Wednesday night. She looked casual in black, while Justin looked parched ... in a severe sunburn."

Following their dinner date, Peltz shared the photo below on Instagram.

While Bieber may be taken by Peltz (and why wouldn't he be? She's gorgeous), he made it clear in February that he did not want to be tied down during his Purpose World Tour, which keeps him on the road until the end of November.

“I don’t want to put anyone in a position where they feel like I’m only theirs, only to be hurt in the end," Bieber told GQ. "Right now in my life, I don’t want to be held down by anything. I already have a lot that I have to commit to. A lot of responsibilities. I don’t want to feel like the girl I love is an added responsibility. I know that in the past I’ve hurt people and said things that I didn’t mean to make them happy in the moment. So now I’m just more so looking at the future, making sure I’m not damaging them."
