Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's divorce is getting even nastier with new reports that Heard has filed a restraining order against her husband of 15 months, citing assault after he allegedly hit her in the face with an iPhone during a fight last weekend.

The restraining order was granted after Heard showed up in court with a bruise on her face, claiming Depp smashed his iPhone during a fight last Saturday night, which she claims saw him shattering various objects in their apartment, and when she was on the phone with a friend during the fight, he grabbed it from her, forcing her to scream for her friend to "Call the cops." Police did allegedly arrive at the residence after Depp had left and took a report, but Heard refused to give a statement at the time and was given what appeared to be a business card with notes saying she could call them at a later date if she changed her mind (via TMZ).

After seeing photos of bruises Heard claimed Depp gave her during various arguments throughout their marriage, a judge reportedly ordered him to stay 100 yards away from her, and gave Heard the right to live in their home. However, the judge rejected a request to protect one of the couple's dogs, as well as her requests for $50k a month in spousal support and an order to get Depp into anger management.

Depp, who was not at the hearing, reportedly has sources close to him calling Heard's claims false, and saying she is putting a bad name against real victims of domestic violence. They claim the fact that she never filed a police report, and the fact that she posted Instagram photos after the beating allegedly happened where she appeared to have no injuries prove she is lying about the assault.

Heard filed for divorce on Monday morning, three days after Depp's mother passed away. The couple was last seen together in a video where they publicly apologized for trying to smuggle their dogs into Australia, a move which was highly ridiculed due to their stiff appearances in the clip.
