It looks like Josh Duggar hasn't learned anything from his past mistakes. In fact, it looks like he might have even gotten worse, according to sources close to the scandalized reality television star.

There's a new report that says that Duggar, who just completed a six month stint in rehab for his sex and porn addictions, and his wife Anna Duggar have fallen back into their old routine. In fact, there's even rumors floating around that Anna might be pregnant with the couple's fifth child, as she's made a point to be "joyfully available" to her husband.

One insider told In Touch Weekly's print edition this week (via Hollywood Life), "I would have hoped they'd have put the brakes on sex after he got out [of rehab], but they are back to their normal sex routine. I would not be surprised one bit if Anna is already pregnant."

So far the couple has not made any comments about the rumors, nor have they said very much to the media ever since Josh came back home several weeks ago. He rocked the reality television world last summer when news broke that he not only sexually molested his sisters while he was a teen, but that he had also cheated on his wife with an Ashley Madison account.

And even though many fans have urged Anna to pull the plug on their marriage, she has chosen to stay by his side and even wait for him to complete his rehab at a Christian recovery center in Illinois.
