Fans of Sister Wives were initially appalled after the most recent episode saw Robyn denying Meri's request to bring Solomon on a road trip with her, but Kody Brown's youngest wife is being defended by her fellow wives.

The May 29 episode focused a lot on Meri's asking for forgiveness from her family for her online affair with a catfisher, and part of her forgiveness was also rebuilding the trust with her daughter Mariah, which required a road trip to her school. However, when she asked Robyn if she could bring Solomon with her, she said no, letting her take her daughter Breanna instead.

The decision appeared to cause some negative reaction toward Robyn online, and now, Meri and Janelle have taken to Twitter to share support for her, and speak out against the criticisms.

Meri first opted for a joke saying that she was getting revenge on Robyn by constantly giving Solomon chocolate, before taking a more serious approach and revealing that while she, Janelle, Christine and Robyn all had a say in one another's kids' lives, each biological mother was the one who had the final say about what happened with their kids.

"As sisterwives we're all included in upbringing of kids but bio mom always has final say. #RespecttoMoms #Respect to SisterWives #SisterWives," she wrote in a series of tweets. "The bonds we as sisterwives share with our non-bio kids are awesome. Relationship crossovers are prevalent in our family!"

Janelle meanwhile addressed the critics directly, saying that she's learned a lot from Robyn, and those that saw something more in her decision not to let Solomon go on the trip needed to realize they were wrong.

"You know I usually ignore the ignorant-but I'm going 2 growl here. Stop seeing Sol now going something other than a mother knowing her son. Robyn trusts Meri as evidenced by the fact that Breanna went instead. Robyn has taught me how to be more in tune with my children," she wrote. "She is an amazing mother and woman I am proud to call family. Sp lay off you few who can't seem to get that."

Sister Wives airs Sundays at 9 p.m. on TLC.
