While Tamar Braxton covered headlines Thursday after it was revealed that she landed her own talk show, she was extremely emotional just after she found out she was fired from The Real on WeTV’s Braxton Family Values.

In the episode that avid fans and viewers waited all week for, Braxton’s husband Vincent Herbert called her sister Toni Braxton, and asked her to come visit Tamar because she was going through something. Toni rushed over to Tamar’s home moments later. Tamar then let her know she was fired from The Real less than an hour before.

Tamar said she was shocked and couldn’t figure out why Telepictures decided not to continue its relationship with her. But she was told (via her husband Vincent Herbert who was the one who actually received the news) that one of the reasons is because she didn’t get along with her co-hosts: Tamera Mowry-Housley, Loni Love, Jeannie Mai, and Adrienne Bailon.

Toni herself was even surprised to hear this and said, “They were just over here!”

Tamar later told cameras she was reconsidering whether those ladies were really her friends. Interestingly enough, this could explain why Tamar reportedly threw shade at all of them with the exception of Mowry- Housley.

Tamar added that another reason was that she was allegedly difficult to work with.

Tamar then broke down crying after she pointed out all of the negative and heartbreaking things she had received within the last year from not being able to promote her album to having to cancel her tour and then her nearly fatal health issues she suffered through.

“And now this?!” she exclaimed. “I’m humiliated… I don’t know what I’m going to do!”

Still, in end, Tamar revealed she had already received tons of calls for other opportunities and was determined to show that she would not let this slow her down.

She even made an appearance on The Steve Harvey Morning Show just hours before the episode aired and Harvey revealed that he had signed Tamar for her own talk show that is in the works.
