Is Nick Cannon having second thoughts here? That's what fans can't help but wonder as there's a new report that says the television host is refusing to sign off on his divorce to Mariah Carey, even though it's been nearly two years now since they've separated.

According to TMZ on Sunday, Cannon is making Carey's life rather difficult as she hasn't been able to set her wedding date to fiancé and Australian billionaire James Packer. Sources close to the chart topper say that she's feeling rather agitated over the fact that she can't move on with her life all because her ex-husband is refusing to cooperate with the divorce.

Yet, insiders close to Cannon say he simply doesn't want to officially end things with Carey, although he hasn't made any statements as to why. The ex-couple have managed to keep things civil between them for the sake of their two children, 5-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan. In fact, they even celebrated Mother's Day together by taking the kids to their karate lesson and enjoying a later dinner as a family last month.

So far, neither Carey nor Cannon have made any comments about the report, but at the same time Carey has insisted on multiple occasions that she is still looking forward to becoming the future Mrs. Packard. The businessman proposed to her during a private dinner party in front of all of the singer's friends and family members back in January.
