Have James Kennedy's wild ways gotten him fired from Vanderpump Rules?

During the Bravo reality series' fourth season, fans watched as Kennedy was removed from his job at SUR Lounge by his boss and co-star, Lisa Vanderpump, but even after a recent airport fight with Lala Kent, producers still want him on the show.

“James is definitely NOT fired and is currently filming Vanderpump Rules with the rest of the cast,” a source revealed to Real Mr. Housewife on Friday. “Think about it. James was so integral in last year’s storyline and drama, it wouldn’t make any sense whatsoever for him to not return.”

Last week, after partaking in a joint appearance in Las Vegas with co-star Lala Kent, Kennedy was booted from a Southwest flight to Los Angeles for being "too drunk." As Entertainment Tonight revealed at the time, Kennedy and Kent were in town to host a Memorial Day party at the Hard Rock Hotel before things took a turn for the worst.

"He and LaLa were screaming at each other in the terminal," a source revealed. "It looked like a classic drunken fight between friends...I'm pretty sure it was LaLa telling James to get it together before getting on the plane."

During their fight, Kent reportedly yelled, "I hate you!" at Kennedy, who responded by telling his co-star. "You're nothing, you're beneath me, I'm James Kennedy, babe."

"Right before they closed the doors, the airline worker said James couldn't get on because he was too drunk," the source explained. "LaLa got on the plane and Raquel stayed back at the airport with James."

Since the end of season four, Kennedy has been dating Miss Sonoma 2016, Raquel Leviss.

Vanderpump Rules will return to Bravo for season five later this year.
