Although AMC's The Walking Dead is a long ways off from its season 4 premiere in the fall, that hasn't stopped fans from scouring for any spoilers they can get their hands on for its fourth season.

Walking Dead Comic book writer/executive producer Robert Kirkman recently admitted to his loyalists on his AMC blog that he has no fear of killing Rick (Andrew Lincoln) or any other main character for that matter.

"We've been saying that no one is safe on this show, and I wouldn't rule out seeing the death of Rick Grimes at almost any point," he stated.

Kirkman also hinted on one of the upcoming season's central plot, which is actually going to be the relationship between Rick and Carl (Chandler Riggs).

"I will say that the dynamic between Rick and Carl is going to be a central focus of the season, and it is going to change in some startling and interesting ways."

Norman Reedus, who plays the role of Daryl Dixon, recently spoke to The Wall Street Journal about the unpredictability of the creative process.

"Our writers are very generous in that they bring you into the writers' room and then they're very clear at telling you absolutely nothing for about two hours. You're in it, you're like, 'yeah, yeah,' and you walk out and you're like, 'I have no f-ing idea what we're going to do," he said
