Rihanna has had a bout of bad luck when it comes to health and concerts in the last few months. The 25-year-old R&B singer was forced to cancel Monday night's show at the Toyota Center in Houston due to ill health.

According to Live Nation, the show was canceled "as a result of illness." However, the singer has not taken to Twitter or other social media in order to confirm.

This was not the first date Rihanna has canceled on her Diamonds World Tour. Last month saw two dates in Baltimore and Boston stricken from the schedule due to a bout of laryngitis.

At that time the artist apologized to fans for the inconvenience, tweeting, "This is the hardest thing for me to deal with! I feel like we've been waiting on this day forever, and I'm hurt that I let you down. I hate disappointing people that never ever let me down!! I'm so embarrassed about this! Thank you for your prayers and well wishes!"

The current tour is in support of last year's album, Unapologetic, which featured the hit song Diamonds.

The would-be concertgoers were urged to hold onto their tickets in order to attend a rescheduled date.
