New buzz on the AMC hit series The Walking Dead has indeed surfaced, as the zombie show's loyalists will reportedly be introduced to another character from its graphic novel named Abraham Ford.

According to Horror-Movies the network will be casting the part of Roy Stark, who Walking Dead comic fans better known as Abraham. The renamed role will be that of a trauma-suffering medic that's said to be extremely "dangerous, complex and disturbed."

In The Walking Dead graphic novels the character's family was attacked and his retaliation for the ambush is far worst than any of the Governor's (David Morrissey) antics, stated the site.

While creator/executive producer Robert Kirkman has gone on the record saying he won't necessarily follow the comics for his TV series, fans will clearly be getting the backstory on Roy Stark.

The fourth season of The Walking Dead is slated to begin shooting on May 4. While official release date has yet to be given by AMC, it is set to return for its fourth season in October.
