Could Kathryn Dennis and Thomas Ravenel end up together despite a dramatic third season of Southern Charm?

While things aren't looking good on-screen or off for the on-again, off-again couple, they are known to get back together -- even when fans least expect it.

"Despite the issues they went through early in the season, Thomas has really stepped up to the plate, especially after Kathryn gave birth to their son, St. Julien," Fashion & Style noted on Saturday. "On episode 11, Thomas threw a dinner party at his house, where he slammed several of his castmates for their unfair treatment of Kathryn."

However, when it comes to the possibility of Dennis and Ravenel working through their issues, there doesn't seem to be a big possibility. After all, Dennis said earlier this year that their breakup was a long time coming and shortly after, she surfaced with someone new.

"I know I've said that a lot, but we are definitely, officially, over," Dennis told The Daily Dish in April. "Taylor Swift said it: 'We're never, ever, ever getting back together.' It was a long time coming. I think what really motivated it was that I had Julien in November, and I had hoped that having two children, something would fall into place somehow, magically. [Thomas] was talking about marriage in the hospital. He really wanted to make it work. And then he just flipped a switch, changed, and I don't know. I kind of was just realizing my kids were more important than the way I feel about him romantically."

As for her and Ravenel's co-parenting relationship, Dennis added, "It's a work in progress. I'm confident that we'll reach a place in time where we can peacefully do that. I will be honest. There's been questionable behavior. I'm sure people see it on social media, every platform he blasts me on. So that's not been fun, but you know, hopefully he'll get over that."

The Southern Charm season three finale airs tonight, June 20, at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
