A DNA test has confirmed that the man who said he was the late singer Prince’s biological son and sole heir was not telling the truth.

Apparently the DNA test showed that there is a 0/0% chance that Prince fathered Carlin Q. Williams, TMZ reported Wednesday. Carlin, who is currently in jail on gun possession charges, has claimed in the past that his mother had a fling with the iconic singer in a hotel in Kansas City back in 1976.

His mother, Marsha Henson, backed up his claim and said she did indeed hook up with Prince that year and does not “believe” the DNA test results.

“I think they’re positive,” she said.

But of course Carlin was not the only one who hoped to get a piece of Prince’s $300 million inheritance by claiming that he is their biological father. A woman named Taz Walker has made the same statement. She said she was born in St. Paul, MN. and was adopted.

“A friend of my (adoptive) father told me…my mother had multiple sexual partners and Prince’s name was mentioned. I inferred from these conversations that my mother had sex with Prince. I believe that I may be the daughter of Prince.”

But the current status of her case is not known.

Meanwhile, word is Prince did not have a will and his sister Tyka Nelson is said to be his sole heir.

Prince passed away at his Paisley Park estate on April 21.
