Kim Kardashian and estranged husband Kris Humphries' divorce battle could finally be coming to an end, according to reports.

TMZ reported that the reality tv actress and NBA player are scheduled to appear before a judge on April 19, where a settlement may take place.

The report claimed that Humphries has come to terms that the divorce is expensive, and that no evidence has been provided to support his belief that Kardashian married him just for television.

Enstars reported earlier that Humphries' aunt and uncle Dedria and Mike were among the 36 Humphries family members who traveled across the U.S. to attend the athlete's wedding to Kardashian in Santa Barbara, Calif., which the couple followed with a lavish honeymoon in Italy.

"It was a sham," Dedria said. "My understanding of marriage is people are going to give it more than 72 days unless there's serious abuse. If I felt somebody had duped me and used me in front of the whole world, I would be very angry."Kris is opening his eyes a little bit, and what he sees doesn't look good."

TMZ also noted that both celebrities have spent almost $300,000 on legal fees and that Kardashian wants Kris to pay her fees.

In January, while promoting her reality show, Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, Kardashian stopped by Sway In The Morning show to talk about her on-going divorce with Humphries.

"In a perfect world, of course I would love to be divorced. It's been going on its second year and that's really tough just because I want to move on," she said.

Kardashian has indeed moved on and will be expecting a baby with boyfriend/baby daddy, Kanye West in July. Neither celebrity has yet to confirm the gender of the baby.

Kardashian has been feeling more confident in her pregnancy after critics slammed her for bad wardrobe choices.

The pregnant reality TV star was photographed out and about in the Los Angeles after leaving a music studio wearing a tight green shift dress and matching Jimmy Choo heels.
