She has decided to pull the plug on her marriage to Devon (Bryton James), but is still staying in Genoa City, and now, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will go full-steam ahead on all of her plans for her future in the town on The Young and the Restless.

She was convinced to stay in town by Jack (Peter Bergmann), something which pleased her immensely, and because she senses he might actually care for her as a friend, she will decide to start making a move towards winning him over in other ways as well by trying to plan him an intimate get-together for his birthday. However, her plans will hit two snags.

First of all, Jack's wife, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will give him a different offer, one he will be thrilled to take her up on since he knows they need to work on their marriage and can sense there is something off. He has no idea that the thing that is of about his marriage is actually his wife's attraction to, and affair with, his brother, Billy (Jason Thompson).

"Will you do me the honor of allowing me to whisk you away to the Abbott Cabin?" Phyllis asks him in a preview clip for the Tuesday, June 28 episode.

"I whole-heartedly accept," Jack says with a smile.

However, Hilary's plans for Jack will also be interrupted when Lily (Christel Khalil) overhears them and calls her out for her vindictive ways. And after the two exchange heated words, Hilary could change the direction of her focus.

"Just pack you bags and leave," Lily snaps in the clip.

"You are such a pathetic and vicious b**ch," Hilary snaps back.

Now, with a desire to also stick it to her sister-in-law, Hilary will realize she has the perfect opportunity to not only get back at her, but to make her planned divorce proceedings even more entertaining. She will inform Lily that since she and Devon are the co-owners of the Athletic Club, she plans to sue to get the full ownership in the divorce. And when she wins, she will threaten that Lily will be the one who will be packing her bags instead.

The Young and the Restless airs Monday-Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
