A new tribute video from The Voice features several former contestants paying tribute to the late Christina Grimmie.

Weeks after the tragedy in Orlando in which a gunman shot and killed Grimmie during a meet-and-greet, her Voice family has released a video in her honor. The video features several contestants who were on Grimmie's season - season 6 - expressing how much she meant to them.

"I don't even know if I told her this but she definitely brought the kid out of me," says Jake Barker. "She made me buy video games on tour to play with her, and I bought a skateboard. We went out and bought skateboards together and went skating around. We just got really close."

Kat Perkins, who made it to the semifinals with Grimmie, speaks about the two of them dyeing their hair blonde like their coach, Adam Levine.

Bria Kelly, who quickly became best friends with Grimmie on the show, recalls the time they "spontaneously bought scooters" and rode them around the hotel, using them as a way of transportation.

Audra McLaughlin says that Grimmie was one of the most "down to earth people I've ever met in the music industry," saying she had an "amazing personality" and was "one of the most talented vocalists I ever came across."

Other Voice alums like Delvin Choice, Jacquie Lee and Will Champlin talk about their various bond moments with Grimmie, including playing Mario Kart, playing with video apps and singing memorable duets.

The alums then give one last personal message each to Grimmie.

Grimmie was a frontrunner through much of her season of The Voice, standing out with her unique versions of modern hits like Drake's "Hold On, We're Going Home" and Lil Wayne's "How to Love" as well as classics like Elvis Presley's "Can't Help Falling in Love". The singer ultimately made it all the way to the finale, finishing in third place.
