The world of Scorpion will get a little belligerent thanks to the season 3 opener.

Walter and his Einstein squad will return to CBS this fall, putting their unique skill sets to the test for another 20-odd episodes of heart-stopping cases. Clocking in at two hours long, the Scorpions premiere comes equipped with a title that's making fans sweat the hiatus.

Dubbed "Civil War," the premiere will pick up mere moments after the events of "Toby or Not Toby." With Happy (Jadyn Wong) and Toby (Eddie Kaye Thomas) on the rocks and Walter (Elyse Gabel) racing towards Lake Tahoe and a possible future with Paige (Katherine McPhee), we can't help but wonder if the title refers to a fracture within the hurricane.

The series' writers, however, have a penchant for pun-tastic titles ("Chernobyl Intentions," "Hard Knox," "Djibouti Call," you get the picture), which means "Civil War" could refer to anything up to and including the War Between the States.

As Ari Stidham (Sylvester) gears up for production, Quntis and Waige 'shippers are scrounging the Internet for any potential spoilers. Now that Toby's proposal is hanging in the air and Walter has suddenly decided to let his emotions take control, fans have Oct. 3 stared on their calendars.

"After the very last scene of the finale, as much as that has answered things, it's going to make the season premiere that much more exciting," Thomas said, according to Entertainment Weekly. "So many questions and wants and needs for Walter and Paige and Happy and Toby are being opened up, and it's really exciting. I'm so grateful that we have clever writers who are listening to the fans and staying true to their original vision for the show."
