Joe Giudice might be in jail for a 41-month sentence but he and his wife, Teresa Giudice of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New Jersey, are determined not to lose the spark and spice in their marriage.

“There’s a lot of nasty emails,” Teresa Giudice revealed in the latest issue of People magazine. “A lot of sexual emails going back and forth.”
She made it clear she had said more than enough.

“I’m not even gonna tell you the things he writes to me.”

Joe is currently serving time at Fort Dixon prison facility in New Jersey. He and Teresa pleaded guilty to several serious fraud charges from tax evasion to bankruptcy back in 2013. Teresa served her 15 month sentence from January 5 until December 23 of 2015. She was also on house arrest until early February.

Teresa added, “We just can’t wait for it to be over to put this behind us and just move on with our lives. But we’re a strong family. We’ll get through it. This too shall pass.”

Joe could also be deported back to his native country of Italy after he wraps up his sentence.

Interestingly enough, Phaedra Parks’ husband, Apollo Nida, is serving his eight year sentence in the same facility under similar charges. He pleaded guilty to identity theft charges that included stealing pensions from employees of Delta Airlines.

Rumor has it Nida and Joe are becoming good friends behind bars.
