As Johnny Depp's divorce from Amber Heard continues, the actor stepped out with his two children, daughter Lily Rose and son John Christoper.

On Wednesday, just days after Heard showcased her shocking weight loss while crying with a friends at a church, Depp and his kids were spotted in Los Angeles.

"Johnny Depp may have been showing the strain of his current personal woes as he cut a slim and slightly drawn figure when stepping out in Hollywood after a family dinner with his two children Lily-Rose, 17, and Jack, 14, on Wednesday," the Daily Mail reported on Thursday. "The 53-year-old, who appears to have lost weight in recent weeks, bore an understandbly sombre expression on his face as he emerged from Italian eatery Ago."

In late May, Depp's wife, Heard, filed for divorce after 15 months of marriage, claiming her husband had been physically abusive towards her. However, despite her claims and photos of her alleged injuries at the hands of Depp, a police statement revealed that no evidence of an attack was found on the day of his alleged attack.

"On May 21, 2016, officers responded to a domestic incident radio call..." LAPD Sgt. Marlon Marrache said in a statement last month, via PEOPLE Magazine. "The person reporting the crime [Heard] did not insist on a report and no report was warranted. There was no evidence of any crime. A crime did not occur so the officers left the scene and left a business card."

According to Marrache, an investigation would have been launched had their been "any signs of abuse," regardless of what Heard said occurred.

One week after the alleged assault happened, Heard showed up at a Los Angeles court room with a bruise under her eye, which she claimed in a protective order filing was caused by Depp, who had reportedly thrown an iPhone at her face.

Regarding the end of his marriage, Depp released a statement, via his rep, which read, "Given the brevity of this marriage and the most recent and tragic loss of his mother, Johnny will not respond to any of the salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life."
