The Killjoys' favorite hack-mod is coming back around.

Clara is everything that makes Killjoys such a bangass show - sass, epic fight skills, and an indomitable spirit - all rolled up and stuffed into a one formidable little package. With a robot arm that could blast you from here to the Badlands. Luckily for viewers and Killjoys alike, there's a definite chance that Clara (Stephanie Leonidas) and Alice will factor back into the story before season 2 comes to an end.

"There's always a chance! I would say there's a chance this season and I'm really hoping we get a Season 3, in which case I'm really hoping there's a chance that season as well," showrunner Michelle Lovretta told The TV Junkies. "Any chance I have to bring her back I would like to try and do."

And why shouldn't Clara return? Lucy (Tamsen McDonough) likes her, Johnny (Aaron Ashmore) really likes her, but, most importantly of all, Lovretta loves writing her.

"She's one of my favorite characters I've created frankly. I love her backstory. I love her moxie. I love her frickin' robot arm," the EP enthused. "I'm kind of in this business to have the joy of creating a robot arm girl. That's a thrill. I'd never say we've seen enough of that character yet."

It's a partnership that could be beneficial to all involved. Not only can Clara get Dutch (Hannah John-Kamen) and Co. onto Arkyn, but our heroes will also be able to provide the extra firepower robogirl ever wants to take down the Connaver gang and the illicit mod factory that made her their slave. With Red 17 still operational and fans itching to learn about the Black Root, we suspect the Killjoys are far from done with the Quad's rocky waste of a moon.
