On the heels of news that it is likely Cynthia Bailey will not be returning to Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta, word is NeNe Leakes will not be having a peach for the upcoming season either.

The show has already started taping for season nine and Leakes has been MIA so far, according to TMZ Monday.

Still, it’s possible that Leakes will pop up with a few cameos like she did for season eight. But the site added that produces are not really counting on Leakes making any guest appearances.

But fans know that this is not the last they will see of Leakes on the small screen. She has already launched a clothing line with Home Shopping Network (HSN) and had a successful one woman tour. She also hosts the remake of the game show To Tell the Truth alongside legendary actress Betty White.

Leakes was the only original member of the cast still standing. DeShawn Snow left after season one while Lisa Wu departed following the sophomore season. Sheree Whitfield quit after the show’s fourth season and Kim Zolciak left after season five.

With Leakes’ departure, Kandi Burruss could become the show’s longest running cast member after she joined in season two.

Also said to be on this season’s cast is Phaedra Parks, Porsha Williams, and Kenya Moore.

Word is Bailey will not be returning in light of her split with Peter Thomas.
