Fans began speculating that Taylor Swift's song Revenge was inspired by her most recent ex-boyfriend, Harry Styles, after more than one report made the connection this week.

No official date of recording has been revealed but the song spells out getting back at one's ex. The song was posted on Pop On And On, and follows Swift's success with I Knew You Were Trouble and 22, both off of her latest album, Red.

Lyrics of Revenge include, "Gonna give you what you gave to me... Make you so feel so B-A-D, break you, make you sorry."

"I hope you cry, I'm getting my R-E-V-E-N-G-E," she sings.

Swift admitted in a March interview that I Knew was written with Styles in mind. She talked about performing the song at the BRIT Awards in February and how she channels her anger on stage when singing ballets about heartbreak. Styles attended the same awards ceremony and Swift said in her interview, "It's not hard to access that emotion when the person the song is about is standing by the side of the stage watching."

The couple split in early January and details about why they partied ways was revealed in the April 2013 issue of Vanity Fair. Swift allowed someone to discuss details of her personal life with the magazine and the source said about Styles "he wore her down" and allegedly "chased" Swift for a year.

The relationship eventually ended after Styles texted Swift to let he know about a picture circulating on the Internet of him kissing a friend good-bye. The source said it looked like they were "making out like with their hands all up in each other's hair."

Swift is currently on her U.S. tour promoting Red and will perform in Cleveland, Ohio on April 25.
