Matt Bomer has a message for Donald Trump regarding his views on same-sex marriage.

While Trump has received quite a good haul of attention for taking on the political atmosphere, HRC mentioned that he's an opponent of marriage equality.

Bomer, who's married to his husband, Simon Halls, took to Twitter on Friday to point out how Trump's hypocritical stance on how he might be willing to stop the terrorists yet he doesn't support marriage equality.

Not only is Bomer married, but he and Halls have three sons together, Kit, Walker and Henry. In a previous report from Out, the actor opened up on how he didn't think it would be that big a deal that he would reveal his sexual identity.

"I frankly did not think people would be that interested. I certainly didn't think it was going to be on the CNN ticker," he said. "I'm so thankful to have been born in the times that we live in. I felt a responsibility to Simon and to our kids to be able to live with integrity and not have some strange split psychology of, 'This is who my dad is at home, and this is who he is to the public.'"

The actor also mentioned that whatever his orientation may be, it shouldn't change who he is nor have anything to do with his work.

"I've been playing exclusively straight characters for the first 10 years of my career," he said. "Whatever happens from this point on says a lot more about the business and society than it does about me."
