Toya Wright has officially ended her marriage with record label executive Mickey “Memphitz” Wright after the couple has faced years of drama.

Toya filed for divorce against Memphitz on July 8, The Jasmine Brand reported Wednesday. The two just celebrated their five year anniversary on June 18 and according to the site, they did have a prenuptial agreement as they both wanted to protect their personal assets. When they tied the knot, Toya had more than $700,000 in cash, $109,000 in real estate, $125,000 worth of cars plus $15,000 in other personal property. Her clothing line was worth $60,000 and her beauty line more than $111,000.

As for Memphitz, he had $48,000 in cash, $140,000 in cars, $98,000 in securities, $9,000 in an IRA and also brought in $500,000 annually.

The couple, who currently stars in WeTV’s Marriage Bootcamp: Reality Stars also decided that neither of them could request or be granted alimony.

Toya said in the court documents that her reason for filing was because of their union being “irretrievably broken” with “no hope of reconciliation.”

As for their prenup, they will have “equitable division” when it comes to their property and assets. Toya also wants her own personal property and said that she doesn’t have a problem with Memphitz getting his won as well. She also wanted to make it clear to Memphitz that he couldn’t sell any of his items during the process of their split. She wants a judge to side with her and finalize the divorce and she has requested that Memphitz pay her lawyer bills.

Memphitz has not publicly responded to the filing.
