The Duchess of Cambridge was seen yesterday with her six-month baby bump wearing a flora Erdem dress and blue suede heels as she was greeted by children at an inspirational sink-estate school.

Kate Middleton, who has been known for her stylish appearance teamed the dress and heels with a boxy clutch bag, reported the Daily Mail.

Children welcomed the Duchess, cheering and waving the flag of England in honor of St. George’s Day.

The school recently suffered devastation after it was attacked by arsonists, shortly after Middleton’s trip was announced.

The Willows Primary School on Manchester’s Wythenshawe estate - used as a backdrop for the Channel 4 comedy drama Shameless – was held up as a symbol of hope and is now rated by Ofsted, the official body for inspecting schools in England as Outstanding.

But on April 11, vandals set the school’s new playground on fire. The playground cost over $61,000, and the crime was a huge blow to teachers, parents and children since they had just found out that they would be receiving an official visit by 31-year-old Middleton.

The community had rallied, working continuously to rebuild the playground in time for the royal visit.

The Duchess went into a 40 minute private briefing with some of the children during her visit.
