David Foster Wife: 'RHOBH' Yolanda Foster Husband Has New Girlfriend 2016? [VIDEO]

Yolanda Foster's former husband, David Foster, stepped out with a new woman earlier this week in Los Angeles.

During a visit to Craig's restaurant in West Hollywood, Calif., where David had gone with rumored flame Selma Blair just months ago, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's ex-husband was seen with Carla Pennington, Dr. Phil's executive producer.

"Pennington, 54, was the Executive Producer on a slew of television shows also produced by Dr. Phil, including The Amber Rose Show, The Doctors and The Test," Radar Online revealed on Thursday.

Days ago, David's daughters, Erin and Sara spoke of their father's possibly upcoming fifth marriage.

“We just want him to be happy,” Erin said during an interview on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS FM radio show, via Page Six. “We love when he is married, in a relationship. He is at his happiest when he is in a relationship. He will definitely get married again. He loves being married. Lucky No. 5!”

“Erin and I just want someone who’s going to make him a smoothie and is going to bring him some vitamins in the morning. That’s all we’re looking for,” Sara noted of their ideal future step mom.

“Our friends think he’s hot and when he became single for the first time in our lives when I was about 23, he was like, ‘So obviously I’m going to start dating. My rule is that I’m not going to date anyone younger than my oldest daughter.’ Then after a year he was like, ‘OK, there’s a new rule. I’m not going to date anyone younger than my youngest daughter,” Erin added.
