The major couples on ABC's Once Upon a Time may have their struggles in season 6, but it sounds like we shouldn't expect any devastating break-ups ahead.

Season 5 of Once Upon a Time featured the tragic death of Robin (Sean Maguire), which greatly upset fans of "Outlaw Queen", the shipping name for Robin and Regina (Lana Parrilla). It doesn't seem like such tragedy will befall the show's other couples, though. Many of the show's cast members appeared at San Diego Comic-Con over the weekend and talked about the status of their characters' relationships.

Colin O'Donoghue, who plays Hook, spoke about reuniting in the real world with Emma (Jennifer Morrison) and whether things will change.

"He's pretty much the same Hook," O'Donoghue teased. "Now that they know it's true love with Emma, they're trying to figure out how to navigate being together. We might find out a few things about his past." Once co-creator Adam Horowitz added, "There is more of Hook's past that we delve into and some surprising secrets that have been harbored."

As for wedding bells, many fans of the couple were excited to see a wedding dress appear behind them in one season 5's final episodes, but don't read too much into it. O'Donoghue stated, "It's on the set, it's always been there."

Meanwhile, Emilie de Ravin, who plays Belle, discussed why her character is so drawn to Rumple (Robert Carlyle), even as he does very bad things.

"She's acknowledging and realizing that part of that pull is him being a bad guy," de Ravin discussed. "She likes that. Even though deep down she sees the good in him... but that darkness, she likes that. She's struggling with that quite a bit."

With Belle currently in Pandora's Box and Rumple trying desperately to get her out, it might be a while before they are fully reunited.

Once Upon a Time season 6 will premiere Sunday, Sept. 25 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
