There seemed to be an overwhelming amount of evidence against him which made the police run off to quesrtion him, but Franco (Roger Howarth) will resent being the prime suspect in the serial killings on General Hospital.

After the vial that was found on him proved to be positive for both derisifol and only had his fingerprints on it, a search through the art therapy room at the hospital also turned up a sketchpad which showed each hospital victim and the order in which they were killed. Coupled with his psychiatric evaluation which noted he had a preoccupation with death, it was enough to cause Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) to seek him out at his art studio, where he was having a nice date with Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst).

However, following her arrival at the studio, Jordan will find Franco resistant to her demand that she be allowed to search the premises for more evidence, and she'll quickly learn that he isn't going to be as cooperative as she may have hoped.

"You want to search this studio?" He says in a preview clip for the Tuesday, August 2 episode. "You get a warrant."

His insistence on a warrant is within his rights so Jordan will need to wait to come back and search, even if she does feel that the evidence is stacking up against the allegedly reformed serial killer and suggests he is at it again, but it could also cause Elizabeth some concern as well.

She was already nervous about being on a date with him, and at his art studio, but had begun to calm down and relax over champagne and an impressive dinner he made, and was also touched when he unveiled a beautiful portrait he had painted of her. She was even having fun by offering to let him paint her again, if he allowed her to paint him first. But now, not only his being questioned, but also the fact that he seems to not want the cops to look through the studio, could make her question everything, and she could wind up running off and leaving him once again without a woman in his life.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
