The Bachelor 2013 star Sean Lowe, who claimed he is a born-again Christian and will not have sex with his fiancee Catherine Giudici until they get married, has reportedly had sex with her before the show's finale aired.

Lowe, 29, a Texas insurance agent, said in an interview that he has decided to hold off having sex with his fiancee until they get married.

"From my perspective, I've lived life kind of selfishly for a long time," Lowe told The Hollywood Reporter. "Now, I'm going to try to live it the way I know to be right."

According to a new report, Lowe's claim of being a born-again virgin is a "bunch of B.S."

Sources told Life & Style that Lowe "definitely had sex" with Giudici the night he proposed to her in Thailand for the season finale.

"The first time was the night he proposed in Thailand," an insider told Life & Style in a report in the latest issue. According to the source, the couple bedded in a $1,100-a-night suite at the Anantara Golden Triangle Resort & Spa, which was rented by ABC.

The source revealed that Giudici wanted to have sex with him but they said in interviews that they are holding off on being intimate to keep up a façade for publicity reasons.

"Catherine has always respected Sean wanting to show his Christian side, but she honestly would never marry him without making sure they had sexual chemistry," the insider told the magazine. "It's all for the show and his parents."

Lowe has expressed that he is "shocked" that multiple reports kept bringing up his choice to not have sex until he got married, which was never discussed on The Bachelor.

"I'm shocked. I don't know why every tabloid feels the need to talk about it. I've never described myself that way," he told the Daily Beast . "It's a decision that I've made, but I don't think it needs to be discussed on the show. That's my personal opinion," he said then added, "for me, it's a non-story."

In another interview, the Dancing With The Stars season 16 contestant said, "It's no one's business, and it's just a personal matter for me," he told The Hollywood Reporter in the April 12 issue.
