Beyonce's tour The Mrs. Carter Show opened in Serbia last week and to the disappointment of the European press, the singer has banned press photographers from taking pictures of her in concert.

According to Fstoppers.com, Beyonce’s United Kingdom publicist said that her company, Parkwood Entertainment, will not be distributing press photo passes. According to reports, the decision was made in attempt to prevent media from publishing unflattering pictures of her. The report revealed that Beyonce’s media team said they will, instead, distribute three to five pre-approved pictures after each concert that can be used for press.

The decision was made in a bid to prevent what happened shortly after she performed the Super Bowl 2013 halftime show in February - the publishing of less-than-flattering images of the superstar. After many reports printed images of Beyonce, some of them that revealed she had a wardrobe malfunction, her publicist requested media to remove “unflattering” pictures from their websites.

Beyonce released a 90-second promotional clip on Tuesday offering fans a peek at what they can expect should they attend her concert. The footage opens with her previous hit Who Run The World (Girls) playing in the background while her burlesque-style backup dancers perform. The Houston native rises from below the floor up to the stage and the footage switches to her singing Single Ladies, Halo and Love On Top. She is also flying through the air and slithering on top of a grand piano.

Those who will not be able to see Beyonce in concert this year can at least see her on the cover of Italy's Vanity Fair May 2013 issue. The same cover shot was used for the cover of the March issue of Vogue in the U.S.
