When it comes to the star of rap, Kanye West seems to have an opinion.

Ever since the rumored beef between Drake and Eminem came about, Hollywood Life reported on Friday that West would be on Drake's side if he and the "Lose Yourself" star ever had a rap battle. And there's a good chance that West feels it wouldn't be that much of a competition.

"He would be all for Drake in a rap battle with Eminem," a source said. "Eminem had been sitting idle for years, like duck just floating on water, and Drake's that huge crocodile that could just come out of nowhere and swallow his entire life."

This may not come off as too much of a surprise since the site mentioned that West and Drake are friends.

"Drake obliterating Eminem would be a little warm up before he and Kanye get in the studio together and collab on an album that's pure fire!" the source said.

When it comes to who Eminem is as a person, it appears that he has a bit of a bizarre side, according to his friend Royce da 5'9 who spoke to Hip Hop N More earlier this year. This might even explain why "The Real Slim Shady" artist rarely uses social media.

"It's probably a good idea that he's not on Twitter," Royce said. "He will say the most insane things you've ever read in your life because he is very, very, very crazy. People think that he's all serious now, but that's so far from the truth."

Even though Eminem isn't on social media that often, Royce doesn't think it's a necessity.

"I have never spoken to [Eminem] about it," he said. "I don't even see why he even needs to. It's a preference thing. I have fin doing it, it helps me a lot to promote my stuff on Twitter, Instagram, etc. Because I think no one's going to promote me like me that's why I spend a lot of time on it to stay in tune with what's going on. But I'm also not one of the biggest rappers that ever existed."
