Whitney Houson's Family Invites Bobby Brown to Funeral

Whitney Houston’s family has formally invited Bobby Brown to attend his ex-wife's funeral tomorrow, according to TMZ.

“At the last minute, the family felt that it would keep the peace at the funeral (to have Bobby there) … even though some family members were against it,” Houston family sources told the online publication.

Some of the pop icon's relatives strongly opposed his attendance at the service because they blame him, in part, for contributing to Houston’s downfall, TMZ previously reported.

Brown is set to perform at a casino in Connecticut hours after Houston is laid to rest, the publication said.
