'Basketball Wives LA' Season 5: Angel Love Mourns Loss Of Grandmother & Brother, Co-Stars Respond [VIDEO]

Prayers are going up this morning for VH1 Basketball Wives LA star Angel Love.

The newcomer revealed that her grandmother has passed away, just days after losing her brother to gun violence.

“My grandmother passed away last night,” she wrote on Instagram Tuesday. “My brother now my grandmother. God says he won’t put more on you than you can bear. But this is just so heavy!!!!”
She went on to ask fans and followers to continue to pray for her and her family.

She added the caption, “I’m trusting you God!”

Her message comes less than a week after she took to social media to let fans know her brother was shot and killed. She wrote, “They KILLED my baby brother LAST NIGHT…MAN THIS HURT SOOOOOOOO BAD!!!! THEY TOOK MY ONLY LITTLE BROTHER FROM ME!!!! WHAT IS WRONG IN NEW ORLEANS!!!!!”

She followed it up with a special collage dedicated to her brother and wrote, “Man I love you so much… I just don’t understand. You were a good kid worked 2 jobs, went to school and all you talked about was how you wanted to be this great chef…I just want you to come back!!! I just want someone to say this is just a dream!!! #mybabybrother #ILoveYou”

 This was the first day me and @iloveangel2 got to hang out without cameras and we talked about our future , our kids, and what it would be like to be on tv! We left out of there with a better understanding of each other and respect. I don't think either one of us were prepared for being judged under a microscope. I know for me personally a lot of u may think that me and angels argument may define our relationship or me as a person but it doesn't. I feel so bad for everything she is going through right now in her life and I want to encourage everyone that supports me to pray for her. She recently lost two of her family members and needs all the support she can get.
