Singer Ray J debuted the music video Monday for his hit-song I Hit It First and confirmed references to ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian through a look-alike he used in the video.

Years after the former couple's famous sex video Superstar, the singer dissed the pregnant Keeping Up With the Kardashians reality star and current boyfriend, Kanye West.

In the video, a woman that looks similar to Kardashian is shown with Ray J in several scenes. She rolls around in the bed with the rapper, travels on a private jet and enjoys a luxury lifestyle. The model in the clip also has dark hair like Kardashian and wears a black lace outfit.

The beginning of the video appears to reference Kardashian's ex-husband Kris Humphries, as a light-skinned male is shown playing basketball.

I Hit It First also shows a diss towards Kardashian's boyfriend/baby daddy Kanye West, as it shows a highway sign with the words "West" and "Chicago" written on them just as Ray J sings the words "chose to go West."

On April 8, Ray J appeared on the Hot 97 radio show to shut down rumors that the song wasn't about Kardashian.

"It's a song, it's not about that," he said.

Ray J even defended his single as just a song on his Twitter account when he wrote, "Lol have some fun! It's not that serious!! #LIVE!!"

In early April, Ray J posted the pixilated style image on his Instagram account on Friday, which he wrote: "Check out my new single cover 'I Hit it first' available on ITUNES on 4/9 'I Put her On' #KOmusic www.rayj.com"

The image also seemed to have referenced the cover of West's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.

Some of the lyrics include:

"She might move on to rappers and ballplayers/But we all know I hit it first.

Had her head going North and her a** going South/But now baby chose to go West

No matter where she goes or who she knows/ She still belongs in my bed."

Kardashian and West are expecting their first child together due this summer.
