Have Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth called off their plans to wed?

Following news of the couple canceling their honeymoon plans in Bora Bora, the newest coach of The Voice has stepped out in Los Angeles with her engagement ring noticably absent.

"She cancelled their Bora Bora honeymoon last week. And Miley Cyrus was without her engagement ring as she and actor fiance Liam Hemsworth went shopping in Malibu, California on Sunday," the Daily Mail reported on Monday.

Cyrus and Hemsworth became engaged in 2012 after two years of dating and one year later, on the heels of Cyrus' controversial performance of "Blurred Lines" during the MTV Video Music Awards, the couple called of their engagement only to reconcile two years later.

Since getting back together at the end of last year, Cyrus' engagement ring has been spotted on her finger as she and Hemsworth continue to be seen out and about in Los Angeles. However, as noted, the ring was not on when she and Hemworth enjoyed a shopping trip yesterday afternoon.

While Cyrus and Hemsworth have stayed mum on their plans to wed, a report by Hollywood Life last month claimed the couple would not be tying the knot until after Cyrus' filming duties with The Voice are complete at the end of this year.

“The rush is no longer on…they are looking to dive into marriage after her duties with The Voice are complete,” the source explained in July.
