Jenelle Evans' ex-boyfriend, Nathan Griffith, the father of her youngest son, Kaiser, 2, is back behind bars.

According to a new report, the Teen Mom 2 star was arrested this morning and charged with burglary and domestic violence.

"According to online arrest records, Nathan was arrested by Myrtle Beach Police around noon on North Oak Street," Starcasm reported on Monday. "Although details of what Nathan allegedly did have not been released, he is facing two felony charges — one for burglary, and the other for 'domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature.'"

While it is unclear who Griffith took violence against, CriminalDefenseLawyer.com revealed that a "domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature" charge occurs when the defendant commits "an assault or battery against a household member with a deadly weapon or that causes serious injury," or "an assault (a threat or attempt at injury) with or without the accompanying battery (actual touching that causes injury or harm) that reasonably causes imminent fear of serious injury or death."

After his engagement to Evans was called off last summer, Griffith began dating Jessica Henry and the two remained in a committed relationship up until weeks ago when they split for unknown reasons. Since then, Griffith has reportedly been single and it is unclear where the reality star has been living.

Since news of Griffith's arrest hit the web, Evans has remained silent in regard to Griffith and his legal trouble on both Twitter and Instagram.
