After an NBA offseason dominated by news of the Los Angeles Lakers bolstered-up team with the acquisitions of Dwight Howard and Steve Nash, many fans expected them to go all the way to an NBA title.

However, while the Lakers still managed to sneak into the playoffs by the skin of their teeth, Los Angeles indeed fell short of their expectations for the 2012-13 season.

On Sunday, the final nail was put into the coffin on the Lakers' season when they were eliminated by the San Antonio Spurs on Sunday. To top it off, Lakers' legend Magic Johnson isn't being shy about singling out Howard, for being ejected in such a crucial game.

The Hall of Famer took to Twitter on April 29 to voice his concerns over Howard's removal from the court in the third quarter of Game 4.

"Laker Nation: Dwight Howard that was a big No, No. Your teammates and the fans were counting on you," he tweeted.

In another tweet, Johnson further stressed his disappointment in Howard, only this time acknowledging that he's been in a similar elimination predicament.

"LN: Dwight, I've been swept before but I never let my team down by getting kicked out of the game."

Just when the Laker Nation thought Magic was all out of tweets for Howard, he once again aired out his frustrations.

"LN: Dwight with an already depleted team you couldn't afford to foul out or get kicked out. Having you on the floor ..."

While many NBA experts are expecting Howard to remain a Los Angeles Laker, there are some people who are speculating that he may jump ship to either the Houston Rockets or the Cleveland Cavaliers this offseason, according to Pro Basketball Talk.
