They both know the truth behind a huge scret that could change both Hayden (Rebecca Budig) and Elizabeth's (Rebecca Herbst) lives forever, and now, Heather (Robin Mattson) is going to threaten to tell all if Naomi (Robin Riker) doesn't hold up her end of their bargain on General Hospital.

Heather agreed to keep quiet for a short while, but now, she's done waiting and has called Naomi to the mental institution she's in to warn her that the secret is about to come out, because Naomi has yet to pay her what she promised.

"You'd better pay up, or else," Heather says in a preview clip for the Friday, August 26 episode.

Naomi may try to plead with Heather not to tell the truth, but it could be too late, and if she is forced to admit she can't pay up what she promised, Heather will make sure the secret gets out.

For now at least, both Elizabeth and Hayden are blissfully unaware of the big reveal that could shake up their lives for good, as both deal with other issues in their lives. Hayden is dealing with having to grieve Nikolas' (Tyler Christopher) presumed death, as well as the still missing diamonds he stole from her that she doesn't feel she'll ever get back. Meanwhile, Elizabeth is holding onto them after they were shipped to the castle, and she holds Hayden's fate in her hands because she can turn them in to the feds and then see Hayden carted off to spend the rest of her life behind bars.

However, Elizabeth also has something else on her mind, which is her once again on-relationship with Franco (Roger Howarth), which she is giving another chance despite the countless warnings that she shouldn't trust him. And when he shows up at the hospital to inquire if she is still planning on going through with it, she will assure him she is because she's been thinking about their plans and is excited to see them play out.

"Our upcoming date has been on my mind," she admits in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
