The Bold and the Beautiful is looking to spice things up with a new leading lady role.

According to Soap Opera Digest, the soap is seeking a Hispanic actress for a recurring lead lady role, who is referred to only as Isabel. But based on her description, she could become a major player in one of the show's male character's lives.

"Hispanic. 45-50 years old...Spanish-speaking a plus and comedic training a plus. Sexy and irreverent," the description for the casting call reads.

While the character isn't likely to get tangled up in a love story with Thomas (Pierson Fode), who is growing closer to Sasha (Felisha Cooper), Liam (Scott Clifton), who is expected to reunite with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), or Wyatt (Darin Brooks), who could hook up with Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) again when she gets back to town, she could be an interesting new addition to some of the other male lead's lives.

If she gets romantically tangled with someone, it could potentially be Bill (Don Diamont), Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), Eric (John McCook) or Deacon (Sean Kanan).

Eric is currently very invested in his relationship with Quinn (Rena Sofer), even as it costs him relationships with the rest of his family, but if this Isabel character catches his eye, she could make for an interesting love triangle story that will bring out more of Quinn's crazy side. Similarly, Bill wants only Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), but if she continues to turn him down, he may be tempted to look elsewhere. Ridge is also single now that he is divorcing Caroline (Linsey Godfrey), but could wind up with either Brooke or Katie (Heather Tom).

The most likely person who could wind up getting romantically involved with the new character would be Deacon, since he is single. Though he too still has a thing for Quinn even though their marriage ended, he could be easily tempted by another woman who exudes sex appeal and adds spice to his life-and Isabel may be the perfect character for that.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
