Be prepared to continue hearing more music from DNCE after they took home the Moonman Statue for Best New Artist at the VMAs.

DNCE beat out fellow nominees Bryson Tiller, Desiigner, Lukas Graham and Zara Larsson for the award, which was voted by fans. The final two nominees came down to DNCE and Tiller, with fans continuing to vote throughout the show on Twitter, using both #VoteBrysonTiller and #VoteDNCE.

DNCE, comprised of former Jonas Brother Joe Jonas, Jack Lawless, Cole Whittle and JinJoo Lee, found fame with the release of their single Cake By The Ocean in September 2015, which peaked at No. 9 on the Billboard Hot 100. They released their Debut Extended Play SWAAY in October, and also guest-starred on FOX's Grease: Live as Johnny Casino and the Gamblers in January of this year.

Of the Best New Artist nominees, Tiller and Desiigner were the only others to also receive nominations in other categories. Till was nominated for Best Male Video and Best Hip Hop Video for his single "Don't," while Desiigner was also up for Best Hip Hot Video for his song "Panda." Both lost the Hip Hop Award to Drake for "Hotline Bling," and Tiller also lost Male Video to Calvin Harris ft. Rihanna for "This Is What You Came For."

Tiller released his debut album T R A P S O U L in October 2015, which peaked at No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Larsson is best known for her single, "Lush Life," while Lukas Graham are known for their singles "Mama Said," and "7 Years," the latter of which peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
