Will Carrie Fisher reprise her role as Princes Leia or not?

Fisher had Star Wars fans going earlier this year when she claimed to be signed on for Episode VII. However, she later recanted the statement, claiming it was a joke.

Now Fisher has spoke about the forthcoming J.J. Abrams film yet again.

"I like being bought by Disney," Fisher stated at the Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo on Saturday, according to the Calgary Herald. "Because they never wanted to buy me before."

While Fisher didn't give away any Episode VII details, she did speak about getting in shape for the role.

"I'm glad they are doing a new movie because they are sending a trainer to my house so I can get in really good shape," Fisher said, according to the Calgary Herald. So I'm really eating a lot of sugar in advance, as you can see. By the time I really get down to it I will have eaten everything."

If Disney is looking to bring back one of the original Star Wars trio, there's a high likelihood that Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford will be hitting the big screen for the 2015 release.

However, Zap2it notes that while Hamill has admitted to being in talks with the studio, neither he nor Ford have publicly stated the nature of their involvement.
