Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes is set to marry her ex-husband Gregg Leakes, but this time she will be asking him to sign a prenuptial agreement before they head down the aisle.

"If it doesn't work out she wants him to walk away only with what he's bringing into it," a source close to Leakes told ShowBizSpy. "She says she earned what she's got by herself, and is demanding Gregg sign a prenup or there won't be a wedding."

The couple's wedding will air on television on her RHOA spinoff reality series I Dream of NeNe: The Wedding, Bravo announced on April 18. The show will follow Leakes as she plans her wedding to her fiancé/former husband and butts heads with Atlanta's top wedding planner, Tiffany Cook. Cook also planned the wedding for NeNe's RHOA co-star Porsha Stewart.

NeNe and Gregg met in 1996, got married in 1997 and had a son in 1999. They divorced in 2011 after 13 years of marriage. Their son, Brentt, is now 14 and NeNe also has a son from a previous relationship. Gregg said he and NeNe broke up when "fame got to (NeNe's) head" after he had invested $300,000 in her career during their marriage.

NeNe is still waiting to learn if her show, New Normal, will return to NBC for another season. She recently was a guest star Glee for a second time. She will also return to RHOA for season 6.

"NeNe is definitely going to be back because of course she's the star and even though she has other jobs RHOA wouldn't be the same without her!" a source told Radar Online.

The insider revealed that NeNe received a hefty pay raise to $1 million plus bonuses to appear on the reality show.

Leakes revealed on Twitter in April that she selected her RHOA co-star Cynthia Bailey to be one of her bridesmaids. She also added stars from VH1's Basketball Wives Los Angeles to the bridal party, Jennifer Williams and Laura Govan.

I Dream of NeNe: The Wedding will air on Bravo this fall.
