Hours before she leaves for rehab, Lindsay Lohan posted a photo to her Instagram account showing her messy New York City apartment strewn with piles of clothes, suitcases and shoes.

The actress, who is going to a treatment facility for the sixth time, uploaded the photo Wednesday and added the caption “90 days and 270 looks," according to Radar Online.

“Take a bunch of sweats and comfy clothes! You will be fine,” one follower reportedly wrote, while another stated, “Fashion never takes a break. Good luck, love. We’re rooting for you.”

The Mean Girls star will begin her rehab stay at Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach, Calif., on Thursday, as part of her court ordered sentence for lying to police about a car crash.

Lohan told talk show host David Letterman that the order was, “a blessing … and not a curse.” She also joked about being engaged to The Following's Nico Tortorella, after posting a photo online featuring the 24-year-old actor on one knee placing a ring on Lohan's right hand; several empty beer cans are seen on a nearby table.

"My first proposal," she captioned the photo.

In mid-March Lohan pleaded no contest to lying to police and reckless driving. The charges stemmed from a June 2012 car crash in Santa Monica, Calif. As part of her plea deal the actress was sentenced to a spend 90 days in a locked-down rehab facility.
